- Organize your pregnancy plan

-Take food supplements
It is recommended that you start taking folic acid (400micrograms) even before you conceive. Folic acid reduces the risk of the baby being born with a serious neural tube defect (a birth defect involving incomplete development of the brain and spinal cord). Fish oil which has omega fatty acid is also essential for the development of the baby brain.

- Follow a good diet
Bring some healthy changes into your diet plan. You need well-balanced nutritious meals. Ensure you enough vegetables and fibers in each meal. Drink sufficient water to keep yourself hydrated.
